For subscription cancellation:

1. Email us at shop@regenosis.com anytime, without further charges

2. Once the order and details have been verified, we will proceed for the cancellation for future shipment

Note: Do note that for subscription cancellation, the balance amount will be credited according to deduction of total opened bottle at $207 per bottle.

Exchange for condition as below:

  • Defective item/ seal opened item upon received
  • Received the wrong product

If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we’re sorry!

Exchange Procedure

1. Email us at shop@regenosis.com with photo of the defective item/ wrong product received.

2. Once the request is assessed, we will get in touch with you soon to make the necessary arrangement for exchange.

Return Procedure

1. Email us at shop@regenosis.com

2. Once order verified, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions from us. Refunds will not be issued without an RMA number. Credit will not be given for S&H (Shipping & Handling), incomplete items or for items without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

3. Rejuvant products returned must include the packing slip. Write the RMA number on the packing slip.

4. Keep the shipping receipt and make sure you use the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages, or those returned to sender due to insufficient postage.

5. Do not send the package C.O.D. as it will not be accepted.

6. We encourage you to protect yourself by insuring the return shipment with a tracking number.

7. After we receive your package, please allow us up to two weeks to process your return. After receipt, all returns will be credited in SG dollars to the original form of payment.
